Launch a kayak at Hudson Park. Hop on the bike path. Grab a brew or bite on Atwood. Shop local at the Jenifer Street Market. Enjoy walking-distance access to five of Madison's best summer festivals. You'll have the whole house, furnished or semi-furnished. On the second floor is a full bath with tub/shower, and two bedrooms with not one but two full-width walk-in closets each! The main floor features living, dining and den/office/third bedroom, along with a modern kitchen with stainless appliances including a Euro-style fridge, Bosch dishwasher and five-burner gas stove/oven.
