I am offering my lovely furnished apartment in central Toulouse for a medium-term academic or professional stay. It would be an ideal home for someone coming to Toulouse for a visiting appointment, research project, sabbatical, teaching position, or other temporary stay. Or as a base while you establish longer term residency. The apartment is approximately 65 m² and is situated in a beautiful historical building, very close to Place Saint-Pierre and the heart of central Toulouse. It has large windows and plenty of natural light, while the bedroom and office / guest room face a quiet interior courtyard. The apartment is comfortable and peaceful despite its very central location. There are two bedrooms: the main bedroom and a second room that works particularly well as an office/study and can also accommodate a guest. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay. It is on the third floor and there is no elevator in the building. The location is excellent for enjoying Toulouse on foot, with the cafés, restaurants, shops and cultural life of the city center immediately nearby. Availability: • November 2026 – January 2027 • February 2027 – May 2027 These dates are approximate and flexible. I would ideally be happy to have one person or couple for both periods, although I am open to discussing what works best for all involved. I am looking for a considerate and trustworthy occupant who will treat my lovely apartment as a home. Academic affiliation or another professional connection is particularly welcome.
