Brooklyn brownstone

A great NYC experience! 2 Bedrooms and 1 bath in a Boerum Hill, Brooklyn location. Quiet with nice neighbors, well equipped kitchen, books galore, comfortable beds and well connected to all 5 NYC boroughs. I would stay again if the occasion allowed. I highly reccommend to all.

Though only short term tenants, we touched base with hosts on occasion, even continents away, answered promptly. The internal layout is expansive, full of light from windows and skylights. Sun poured in and we looked out the picture windows to the deck and neighbors' bird feeders exploding with life. The second floor large bathroom has a high pressure shower and separate tub, not to mention bidet. A queen sized bed and Persian carpets grace the master bedroom and separate study with guest bed. The downstairs is open and high-ceiling, combining kitchen, dining and livingroom. Everything is there and works. We used a pine table for a study. Boerum Hill is a gas, lots going on. Altogether the perfect sabbatic house!
