Stunning view over the whole of Paris. Many windows, no street-noise. Old tiles on the floor, old beams. 28 square meters. Open space with individuated areas: the queen-size bed with new comfortable mattress is separated from the sitting room area (with a large desk and a sofa that may be used as an extra bed for a slim person. The shower is brand new but the access to it is difficult for tall people (you would have to bend to get inside, but once there you are fine). The toilets are well-separated from the rest and with a window. The area: art galleries, supermarkets, pharmacies, Bastille fresh market on Thursdays and Sundays, all at less than 5min walk. Inconveniences: 7th floor without an elevator, the staircase between the 6th and 7th floor is creapy and so is the corridor on the 7th floor.
