A wrought iron spiral staircase leads upstairs to the bedroom which has fitted wardrobes, a painted Tuscan bed, chairs, side tables and reading lights on either side of the bed and a small writing table in an alcove. Second en suite wc. A glazed door opens onto a private roof terrace with potted plants, a table and two outdoor chairs. The sitting room has a wooden floor and rug, the bedroom has a fitted carpet. Gas Central heating, video entry phone, wi-fi internet connection, TV Close to Hampstead Heath for walks and views over London: Keats House, Freud's House, Burgh House, Fenton House, Camden Arts Centre, Kenwood House with paintings by Vermeer, Rembrandt, Hals, Van Dyck, Reynolds, Gainsborough and Constable; Hampstead and Highgate Village; Highgate ponds and Lido for outdoor swimming throughout the year; Waterlow Park and atmospheric Highgate Cemetery where Karl Marx and other famous people are buried.
