This is a very pleasant, large, light, comfortable, well-furnished and fully-equipped, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat (apartment). It's filled with natural light through lots of windows, some in a wrap-around, corner position. The flat has great, open views. The house is in a green area with lots of trees and gardens, but it's only a minute's walk from the attractive, characterful and highly-regarded "village" area of London, Crouch End, with its self-contained, "villagey" feeling. Crouch End was named the 'Best Place to Live in London' by 'The Sunday Times', in 2023. University of London colleges are 30-45 minutes away by plentiful public transport. The flat is fully & well-furnished and equipped. Thus we normally do not accept in-coming furniture. It is on on the second floor (third floor in North America) of a large, 19th century, end-terrace, corner house. It enjoys views of gardens on both sides, along the trees of leafy Wolseley Road on another, and, in the distance, an open, panoramic view towards the iconic Alexandra Palace. Central London and University of London colleges are within easy reach by public transport, normally 30-45 minutes. Some previous tenants have even bicycled to central London work & colleges. The apartment is attractively carpeted, including the living room, hall and bedrooms. The living room has a comfortable sofa and armchair, a small desk, a built-in bookcase, a glass TV-table and side table, and a glass dinng table, and lamps. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a a washing machine and dryer off the bathroom. Three is gas radiator central-heating throughout. The bedroom has a new double bed, a sizeable desk with extensive views from it, a built-in wardrobe, a chest-of-drawers and a chaise-longue. Linen & towels are supplied. There is a TV, stereo/radio/CD/DVD & vacuum cleaner. Fast broadband is available on modest subscription. The apartment is attractively carpeted throughout. The carpeting is also excellent heat and sound insulation. NThere is a shared, attic/loft-space for storage, above the flat. In the garden, there is a concrete-embedded bar as a lock-up for bicycles, which is shared. It's a truly superb London location, just one minute's walk from the Crouch End village, which is full of many excellent amenities, including very many restaurants, cafés, 3 supermarkets, many small shops, pubs & entertainment venues including two art cinemas; gyms and pools are near; a weekly Farmers' Market is held nearby.
