It is quiet and convenient, with all the amenities of home: washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee machine & electric kettle, iron & ironing board, hair dryer & curling iron, china service for 8. Tons of closet space. All linens, blankets, comforters, towels furnished; a deliciously comfortable queen size bed. A modern walk-in shower in the bathroom, separate toilet. Your friends can visit and stay in the living room on the deluxe mattresses which double as couches during the day. Housekeeping can be arranged during your stay if desired. 90-second walk from metro Mirabeau and from bus lines 22, 52, 62, and 72. A 15-minute walk west to Roland Garros tennis stadium and the magnificent Bois de Boulogne, and a 20-minute walk north to the Eiffel Tower. You won't hear any English spoken in this section of town, except by the merchants whose shops line the Rue d'Auteuil, who offer to help you if you start to stumble through your shopping list. If you're looking for le vrai Paris, you've found it right here! Perfect for a single person or a couple looking for an authentic experience in Paris. Out of respect for my neighbors, I rent long term only (minimum one month).
