You can sit on the leather couches in front of the fire, eat at the kitchen island, or chill in the family room in front of the TV. Top of the range dishwasher, fridge (with front ice/water dispenser), modern furnace, tankless water heater, air conditioning, spacious closets, large washing machine & dryer, and treadmill in the sunroom. Easy to get downtown via subway, to the lake, the Don valley trails (for walks and biking), and also to the Don Valley Parkway--the main travel artery out of Toronto. Especially good for an academic family. We currently have 2 bedrooms set up as offices, although one has a small bed and can easily be used as a bedroom. The basement is spacious, has a futon, a bathroom, second large TV, and can be used as an extra sleeping room. We have rented this property three times for sabbaticals, and also for shorter periods, very successfully. Note: we will have to leave the car parked on the drive.
