Precita Park is a block downhill and Bernal Heights Park open space with running paths and 360 degree views is about a block up the hill. Neighborhood parking is free and there is no street cleaning on our street, the Muni 67 bus is on the corner, and BART is about a 10-15 minute walk (or you can take the bus directly to BART). The financial district is only 4 BART stops away and the ride is about 7-8 minutes. Both freeways 101 and 280 are easily accessible. While the area is up a hill and fairly residential, the essentials of city life are a block away with a cafe, restaurants, Precita park, and a corner store with organic produce and fresh baguettes. A few blocks to the south is Bernal's Cortland street village with cafes, bars, restaurants, the library, Good Life Grocery and many shops. Further south at the foot of the hill you will find the Alemany Farmer's Market on Saturdays. Hipster Valencia Street and its bars, shops and restaurants is a short walk to the North. Mission Street is a few blocks to the West with loads of restaurants, bars and shops too. This unit is a rental unit subject to the San Francisco Rent Ordinance, which limits evictions without just cause, and which states that any waiver by tenant of their rights under the rent ordinance is void as contrary to public policy.
