WIFI, Gas, water and electricity included in the rent. The apartment is ready to be lived in. It is prettier that the pictures! It is fully furnished, with all kitchen dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and appliances included; nice bed, pillows and sheets, pretty bedding, towels, shower curtain, bath mat. The apartment has a separate entrance. There is a small washing machine for clothes and a drying rack. The living room is large and beautiful with two big windows looking over the north bay. It has gorgeous hardwood floors with a large rug and is furnished as a living room. This room has a large closet and a door to the bathroom which has a shower, but no bathtub. The bedroom is smaller with one window overlooking the bay. It has a queen sized bed and a reading lamp. There is s full separate kitchen, with pantry and a table. The living room has a couch, lamps, tables, bookshelves and a large new desk (not seen in the picture). We are looking for someone relatively quiet; single person occupancy only. This place is *perfect* for a visiting scholar or academic on campus.
