Shared laundry with large laundry sink are adjacent to private space (homeowner access to laundry is through rec room). The private space is lightly furnished with a very good “full-size” platform bed with firm mattress, desk and desk chair, leather recliner/reading chair, bookshelf, hangers for clothes, lights and bed tables, high speed wireless internet, trash, water, snow removal, and parking included in rent. Additional storage space and other details negotiable, depending on tenant’s needs. The property is located at 685 Poplar Ave, Boulder, Colorado, 80304. Awesome access to local running and hiking trails, less than half-mile from local shopping and city bus line with good access to city center. Rent $1550 /per month. Lease term negotiable with six month minimum. Long-term tenants must pay monthly cleaning fee of $50. All other tenants pay a one-time $150 cleaning fee, to be deducted from security deposit refund (returned within 7 days after tenant moves out). In most cases, 1 month security deposit is required to hold the space for future rental and/or as a damage deposit. Security deposit less cleaning fee is refunded in full, if the property is left in good condition upon departure. One adult dog may be permitted, to be determined on a case-by-case basis. No cats.
