Excellent restaurants, theatre, shopping, museums. Historical sights, parks, bike paths, the Occulus, Staten Island Ferry, East River ferries, 9/11 memorials. Includes use of entrance cards to the Museum of Modern Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Jewish Heritage. $1350/week; $2600/2 weeks; $4,600/month plus one-time cleaning fee of $125 and metered electricity use - generally under $140/month.
