John, 2017 ENJOY ISRAEL from my dramatic, modern 1800 sq ft (160 sqmt) apartment with 7 windows on the Mediterranean Sea, in a 500 year old historic building in the ancient Port of Jaffa, at the bottom of Jaffa's Old City Artists' Colony, where Jonah left, Andromeda was rescued, Napoleon slept, and Herzl arrived. Wonderful for the summer, and also for the holidays! Beautifully and comfortably renovated, decorated, furnished. Wake up to the sight and sound of the sea. Lots of light and air, and lovely sea breezes. Arched ceilings and open spaces. Gourmet kitchen with window seats. Sleeps 3-4. Two full modern baths. Full air conditioning and cooling cross-breezes. WIFI. nice neighbors. Easy access to shopping, the Flea Market, Shuk HaCarmel (outdoor fruit and vegetable market) public transportation, parking and the Boardwalk that extends from North Tel Aviv to Bat Yam. Wonderful restaurants and coffee houses of all kinds. The area abounds with history. Jaffa's Old CIty Artists quarter has winding alleys, and art and jewelry galleries, an amphitheater, archaeological digs. Rental bikes nearby. Views of the Tel Aviv shoreline. Near beaches. Stroll or bike along the Boardwalk. Relax with an ice cream, have coffee at a nearby cafe. or enjoy a restaurant by the sea.
