Great, safe neighborhood on NYU campus. Location: East/West Village, SoHo, Astor Place and Washington Square Park. Walk safely to nearby coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, museums and parks. New much-loved Wegmans grocery supermarket has just opened around the corner. Convenient subway across the street for your commute or sightseeing. Many taxis and Ubers also available if needed. Furnished Amenities: 2 full-sized beds - one on main floor (and one in a separate loft sleeping area). First image is from the rear of the loft where the main bed is located. 2 wardrobes, cabinets and additional storage for clothing and personal items, 2 desk areas with fast Wifi + Roku TV. Ceiling fan and new A/C. Private Bathroom with shower, sink and vanity. We provide fresh bedding, towels and supplies. Kitchenette with electric stovetop / toaster/ bake oven / electric hot water kettle / coffee and espresso makers / microwave / refrigerator / glassware / pots & pans / all utensils you will need. Front door buzzer for deliveries - also plenty of restaurants and takeout. Loft rules: No pets or smoking permitted in the loft (smoking permitted on the back deck). Not suitable for young children (0-8). No parties or events. Quiet, private and safe building - shared with NYU professors, a finance analyst, and 2 interior design professionals. P.S Special Historical note: This loft is historic landmark building and was artist and abstract painter Ad Reinhardt’s studio from 1950-1967 (Google Ad Reinhardt studio or visit: https://www.adreinhardtfoundation.org). Most of his famous black paintings were painted here and are exhibited at MOMA and the Met. We ask for 2 weeks minimum (and no more than 2 guests).
