Also, to match home working requirements, numerous workspaces have been created with high bandwidth WIFI. We have studios, one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments to offer, six of which with either large terraces, balconies or garden, and all are completely private. You will appreciate the location and functionality of our authentic Plateau Mont-Royal homes, restored classic apartments preserving the 1900 original charm. Everything is included in the rent, all services, but the phone. You arrive with your personal belongings, and everything is set, cleaned and disinfected for you. There is a supermarket open 24/7 around the corner and everything else you might need down the block. During quarantine, all supermarkets deliver to our area. The location of this apartment is ideal, next to the dynamic Plateau Mont-Royal street ambiance, yet balanced by a multitude of large green spaces including the nearest, the renowned Lafontaine Park two blocks away. You will find a charming home here where you can experience the Plateau Mont-Royal at its very best. Each apartment is completely furnished and decorated. Every bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed,100% cotton sheets, dry cleaned and disinfected pillows and comforters, and a work desk. Original moldings and doors have been preserved and you will find tall ceilings and hard wood floors in every apartment apartment. Every home has a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with 100% cotton towels. Except for the phone, all services are covered in the rent including the heat, the electricity, the internet via WIFI, hot water, television with cable. Regular cleaning during your stay is available, on a schedule and frequency of your convenience, for an additional fee paid directly to our cleaning team. Our building is ideally located on tree-lined Marquette street, a stone throw from Mont-Royal Avenue where you will find everything you might need for daily life in walking distance: restaurants, bars, coffee shops, dance clubs, liquor store, groceries, fruit stalls, bakeries, pharmacist, 24/7 gymnasium, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, bike paths, a climbing gym, and a 24/7 supermarket, are all a short walk away. Mont-Royal avenue converts to pedestrian-traffic-only for long periods of time in the summer months. Mont-Royal Metro station is a ten minute walk; the 97 and 45 bus stops are at the corner while numerous bus lines are nearby such as the 24 or the 27; the BIXI bike rental station is at the corner; our own street is a bike path itself and the municipal bike rack is in front of the house six months out of the year. Parking on the street is very easy with the annual resident pass, which can be easily obtained for a fee; Jacques-Cartier bridge is 5-minutes away, while the Ville Marie autoroute heading downtown is double that time. The expansive Lafontaine Park is two blocks away. There you will find tennis courts, kid’s playgrounds, jogging tracks thru the woods, picnic tables, baseball fields and lots of space to practice any sports, a restaurant and an outdoor theater space with a full summer long schedule of mostly free entertainment. In the winter there is a skating rink on the lake and tobogganing areas. It features numerous spectacular parks, including the expansive Lafontaine Park, two blocks away. Everything is all very easy access by bus, bike or on foot.
