Shutters Spa & Resort is a contemporary condo building with state of the art design including infinity pool, two hot tubs, sauna, steam room with exercise room. The finishes in the condo are high end from hardwood flooring, marble floors and granite counters with S/S appliances with all of the toys (garberator, ice maker, filtered water, convection oven to name a few). The ensuite has a heated floor with soak tub and walk in rain shower with glass doors. A spa retreat! 9’ foot floor to ceiling glass windows with a view of the pond below or straight out to the view of the inner harbour and Olympic Mtns. The den has a contemporary sleeper bed for one. There is 32" lcd tv with surround sound in the living room. The sunsets are amazing and can be enjoyed on our 30’ long balcony with a gas BBQ and patio furniture to relax on. Just a few seconds and you will find yourself on the sea walk or on the Galloping Goose Trail. The condo is in walking distance to a plaza with many different stores including a major grocery store (6mins) and pharmacy. It is only a short (7 min) walk to downtown Victoria along the sea walk. The unit is furnished with contemporary furniture and colours with artwork to add the finishing touch. Quality linen and towels are provided. The queen bed is a pocket coil for a restful sleep. All dishes, pots and pans are provided. Utilities are included but hydro with wireless high speed internet and basic cable.
