The open kitchen and living area has hardwood floors and modern appliances with counter stool seating, 32" smart TV, a dinette table, washer and dryer, dishwasher, full-sized oven and refrigerator, microwave, and a wide array of pots, pans, and other kitchenware. The kitchen/living area leads out to a private deck with patio table and chairs, with an unobstructed bay view over the tops of oak trees.
