Our home is located on a quiet, friendly street in the St. Clair West neighbourhood, surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and lots of parks. The St. Clair streetcar is at the top of the street, and the St. Clair West subway station is less than a 15-minute walk. Nearby Wychwood Barns is home to the popular Saturday Farmers’ Market, where locals and visitors from around the city gather each weekend. Hillcrest Park, Wychwood Barns and Humewood Park are all within the neighbourhood, so there are plenty of great outdoor spaces to enjoy. The house is a bright and spacious three-storey home with three bedrooms, central air conditioning and laneway parking for one large SUV. The main floor has a large eat-in kitchen with a wood centre island, as well as a small sunroom at the back that can also be used as a mudroom. The second floor has two bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom with a tub and shower, and an open-concept family room/den that provides extra living space or works well as a home office.
