The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed with a view to the south: the white tiled bathroom has a shower and tub. Amenities include free WiFi, air conditioning, flat screen TV, microwave, clothes washer and dryer, ceiling fan, all linens and a full kitchen with dishwasher. The loft is located one flight up from the street. Smoking is not permitted. Monthly Guests pay for Con Ed electricity usage.
