Hello! My spacious, comfortable, fully-furnished three-story house, just a few minutes' walk from the Princeton University campus, will be available for rent from January 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025. Please note that these dates are flexible. The rental could potentially start earlier or extend for a longer period, depending on your needs. The house is located in Princeton's "tree street" area, full of pretty private homes with front porches overlooking leafy streets. The structure originally had 4 bedrooms. After an early renovation it now contains 3 bedrooms and a study. One of these sleeping areas takes up the entire third floor, along with an adjoining half-bathroom. There's also a full bathroom on the 2nd floor, and a powder room on the ground floor. As you can see in the exterior photo, the house is semi-detached, known in the Princeton area as a "twin" house. (My residence is the one on the right.) Both houses share a large, leafy backyard with another house, that one located at the back of the property. Each residence has its own garage, along with two outdoor parking spaces. The neighborhood is wonderful, full of excellent restaurants and shopping. The train to New York City is just a few minutes' drive away. (It can also be reached on foot by walking to a station on the Princeton campus that connects to a larger one at Princeton Junction.) Princeton University brings a lot of culture along with it. There are excellent concerts on campus all through the year. The town has a first-rate library, an independent bookstore, and a two-screen movie theatre. It's also home to the very well-respected McCarter Theater, All are easily walkable from my home. The house is very comfortable. That said, and as you can see from the attached photos, the kitchen and bathrooms could use a bit of remodeling. All appliances are new, however.. I recently had a pretty stone patio installed in the back yard, along with new bluestone steps leading up to the back door. This area also contains a wrought iron table and chairs. Tenants are welcome to use the extra chairs, additional table, and sun umbrellas to be found in the garage, along with a small barbecue for outdoor cooking. There are also two bicycles.
