Our 4 BDR/2BR home in Silicon Valley is available for rent periodically. The house has a large kitchen/dining/family room area and a separate living room. We have four bedrooms: a master with en suite bathroom as well as three additional bedrooms, one is set up as a bedroom (our son's room, he's away at college) and two are used as offices. One of the offices could be turned into a bedroom if discussed beforehand. There is an additional full bath with a bathtub The total square footage is about 1,500. We are renting the house fully furnished while we are abroad. Linens, towels, kitchen appliances, washer & dryer, plates, glasses, pots and pans are included. We have wireless Internet access set up which we can leave in place for the renters. We are also willing to make computer monitors, phones, printer/scanner/fax machine available to our renters. The house is an Eichler and therefore very light and bright with an open floor plan. We also have a front yard with a dining area and a backyard. The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac close to the Apple headquarters, with easy access to Freeway 280, 20-30 mins to Stanford. A small and a large park with play structures are close by. The house has a fenced front and backyard, with lots of places to sit and relax and safe for kids to play.
