Perfect place for a long stay for 1 person,, this large (26m2, 280ft2), quiet and comfortable studio is fully equipped (wifi included). It is located in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, in the very quiet Passage de l'Union, a 2 mn walk from Champs de Mars and the Metro Ecole Militaire. The charming pedestrian street Rue Cler is around the corner. The area is safe & lively at night with plenty of cafés and restaurants. The studio is on the 1st floor of a safe building with digicode access and with elevator, opening on a quiet courtyard. On one side, there is a bright living area with a sofa (convertible inyo a bed for 1 person for occasional sleeping), dining table and chairs for 4 people; on the other side, a more intimate place with a 2 person veyr comfortable pull-out bed. The open kitchen with a window is fully equipped. The bathroom has also a window. It includes shower, sink, toilets and plenty of storage place. There is also a large space for clothes & luggages in the entrance. All towels and linen are provided. We prefer longer stays. No smoking, no pets. The rent -1450 euros-includes all utilities & charges (electricity, water, internet, taxes).
