Our house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is fully furnished. We spend summers here, so it's available for rental from October through May. It's on a pleasant block with lovely year-round neighbors; there's a small yard, you can walk to the beach easily, and the area is great for biking. A grocery store is within walking distance. Drive 5 minutes to get to Yale's West Campus, or 20 to get to downtown New Haven; the train gets from Milford to NYC in about 90 minutes. The house is perfect for one or two adults. Wifi is included. NOTE for people with allergies: We do have a cat who stays in the house with us during the summer, but we do our best to clean up residual fur before tenants come in.
