Owners are informal, friendly, yet respectful of tenants’ privacy. They are retired but active and have hosted and enjoyed renting to graduate students, young professionals, visiting faculty, etc. for many years. Bath shared with one other tenant in home. Queen bed, desk/chair, chest of drawers. Linens provided. Wi-Fi. Washer/Dryer. Easy on-street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Near Univ. of Washington, Seattle Univ., Hospitals and Fred Hutch.
