Perfectly equipped for the winter, with an efficient heating system. The heating fee is not included in the weekly fee, and will be calculated using the gas meter at the end of your stay. The house is located near a number of beautiful historical places: Amelia, a medieval town at 2 km; Perugia 1 hour, Todi and Narni 30 minutes, Orvieto and Spoleto 45 minutes,Rome 80 minutes by car or 45 minutes by train (Narni-Amelia station). The supermarket 1 km, several nearby restaurants. A famous spa (Terme dei Papi , Viterbo) 45 minutes away. Nearest airport: Rome Fiumicino, 90 minutes by car or direct connection by train from Orte. During the summer many fairs are held in all the villages, which offer gastronomic specialties. Amelia is a covid free town and the house has no other houses around. The house is off via Tuderte (also known as Strada Provinciale 9), on a private road.
