My late husband and I spent so much time in New York that we considered it our second home. Sadly, I don't have a second home of my own there, so I'd love to stay in yours. I prefer lower Manhattan, where I have good friends. At least 1 bedroom (or a very large studio) with lots of light and easy access to transit. About Me
Jeff was a retired university professor (San Francisco State) who spent much of his time playing the guitar. Janis is a free-lance writer and consultant who recently launched travelonthehouse.com, an informational web site for people like ourselves who swap and rent out their homes. Their two children are grown, and they have two adolescent grandchildren who are now taller than we are. Travel is their passion, and they love vibrant cities like Paris, Rome, and New York.
