Bonjour! I am a university professor visiting France, primarily Paris, for research / two book projects in 2024 and 2025. I am married with two adult children. At our home in the suburbs of Chicago, we have a dog and a cat and a floral garden and also vegetable garden. I enjoy hiking and trying new cuisines with friends. I would be a quiet, independent guest. While I am new to this platform, I have an excellent list of guest reviews on Airbnb, including several in Paris. Sincerely, Kathryn

Comments: seeking a quiet flat on a high or top floor (walk up fine) with balcony
Comments: I am a quiet university professor, non-smoking, no pets in Paris for a collaborative book project @l’ÉHESS with collaborators also @SciencesPo
I am an avid gardener and would care for your plants and/or trees with expertise
Comments: I am very quiet and enjoy reading, gardening, and marché. I have local friends in Paris so would be a “low maintenance” easygoing guest. Je parle un peu français et je suis un cours intensif en préparation de mes recherches en 2024.
