Seeking an apartment in Manhattan/Brooklyn in September 2026

Hi! I’m Ryan, and I recently relocated to New York in December 2025. I’m currently staying in Greenpoint in a wonderful apartment I found through SabbaticalHomes (happy to share references). Part of the arrangement is caring for a whole host of plants (I’d like to think of myself as having a green thumb!), as well as the mail. I’m now looking for something from 31 August 2026, ideally for 6 month - 1 year in Brooklyn (Greenpoint, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill), or Manhattan (Chelsea / West Village). A little bit more about me: I was living in London (Clerkenwell) for the past 15 years. After so long there, I felt it was time for a change, and New York felt like the right adventure.
