Hello, Hi, I am a responsible, considerate Berkeley resident looking for a furnished rental for a minimum of 3 months. I'm currently in a short-term apartment after a burst kitchen pipe caused me to relocate. My move-in date is flexible, anytime between June 8 and September 1. I am semi-retired from the biotech industry, have excellent credit, and am financially secure. I am quiet, clean, and do not smoke or host large gatherings. I have a sweet, well-managed parrot, Green Bean, who stays in his cage or on a play stand under supervision. He has lived successfully with me in multiple rentals.
