Looking for a loft/room in a lively part of the city center

Hello! My name is Lou Zaccaron (26 years old), and I am a doctoral researcher in Economics at the Bordeaux School of Economics (France). I have been awarded a Fulbright grant to spend the 2026-2027 academic year as a Visiting Student Researcher at Boston University's Questrom School of Business. I am fully funded by my grant and looking for a furnished room in a secure apartment or house (share preferably) starting mid-September (flexible). Regarding the duration, I am quite flexible as well: I can rent for a few months, a semester, or the full academic year, depending on the offer, the price, and the location. As a tenant, I am clean, organized, and very respectful of shared spaces and privacy. I am used to leaving with other people. Because of my PhD workload, I appreciate having a calm and peaceful home environment to rest and study. However, I'm also a social person who love going out, explore lively neighborhoods, and discover the city! I also do enjoy going out and meet people. Looking forward to hearing from you, Lou
