I'm an actor, acting coach, writer, filmmaker and consultant with a long career in the arts and education. I've taught at universities, private schools, and film schools in both the United States and France, as well as Second City in L.A. My screen credits include Curb Your Enthusiasm, Veep, House, Criminal Minds, and Waco. Along the way, I've co-founded three theatre companies (including Shakespeare in Santa Fe) and two dance companies, modeled for Betsey Johnson, lived with the Hamar Tribe in Ethiopia while compiling the first Hamar dictionary, and introduced The Artist's Way to hundreds of artists and performers in Paris and Rome. My work has always been driven by curiosity about human nature, creativity, and the deeper emotional truths that connect us. These days I continue to work as an actor, coach and filmmaker while developing new creative projects. I am currently seeking a peaceful, stable home within roughly 40 miles of Manhattan, in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut. My preference is for a standalone guest house, cottage, small home, or owner-occupied duplex rather than an apartment building. A quiet environment is extremely important to me. I value calm streets, respectful neighbors, well-maintained surroundings, and homes that feel genuinely restful and cared for. I am a mature, responsible, financially reliable tenant with excellent references from both landlords and homeowners and a very high credit score. I live quietly, do not smoke or play loud music, and I take exceptional care of the places where I live. Over the years, I have often served as a trusted steward of homes and properties while owners were away, providing a reliable, attentive presence and treating each property with the same care and respect I would my own. I am open to housesitting, caretaking, or property-overseer arrangements and particularly enjoy situations where there is a relationship of trust between homeowner and tenant. I share my life with one very well-behaved 16-year-old Siamese cat. Ideally, I am looking for: • A separate bedroom (not a studio) • A peaceful residential setting • Privacy • Parking if available • Long-term stability My budget is up to $2,000 for a one-bedroom and up to $2,700 for a two-bedroom.
