Description
We are a mature couple with a 3-month old baby looking for a 6-month stay in North County San Diego as we investigate locations for our future home. We have a very docile, trained, non-barking dog. We both work online from home, so are happy to care for any pets, gardens, etc. Ideally looking for a home that has walkability to restaurants/cafes and nature spaces (parks, trails, or a pretty neighborhood, etc.). Also, somewhere "stroller-friendly" is required. We are looking to housesit, rent, or we have homes in both Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, if you are interested in a reciprocal exchange. Our dates are negotiable. Looking forward to arranging a wonderful stay!

Comments: We have a well-trained 7 year old dog that doesn't bark, and a 3 month old baby (also currently well-behaved...for now!). We would prefer at least a 2-bedroom with a patio or yard, with walkability to restaurants/cafes/parks. We are mature adults.

Comments: Since we have a young baby, we would prefer not to descend a lot of stairs with the stroller to exit a building. A house with stairs is fine, as long as we could walk out the door easily with the stroller for walks. Dog friendly home (non-barker).
