Professor from Australia Seeking Furnished 1-Bed Near Cornell

I am a professor of mathematics from Australia, visiting Cornell University for the Fall 2026 semester. I am seeking a quiet, fully furnished and fully equipped one-bedroom apartment, studio, or small house in Ithaca from 13 August to 31 December 2026. I will not have a car, so I am looking for accommodation within walking distance of Cornell campus, or with very easy access by public transport. Reliable heating, internet, kitchen facilities, laundry access, and a quiet study/work space are important. I am a mature, responsible academic visitor and am looking for a clean, comfortable, well-maintained place suitable for focused teaching and research during my Cornell appointment.
