Berkeley-Area Family Seeking 3–4BR Home During Renovation

We are seeking a rental while our home in Albany undergoes renovation. We'd prefer a 3–4-bedroom house, or a 3-bedroom with an office (larger is fine too, but not necessary). There are three of us: my wife and I, and our nephew, who will be a senior at Albany High School. We can be flexible on both start date and length of stay — ideally beginning July/August for six to eight months. We've owned our home in Albany since 2000 and have rented previously through SabbaticalHomes.com and have received strong reviews from past hosts.
