We are a Brooklyn based couple, renovating a home in Brooklyn over several months and need a place to be closer to work in Tribeca for the period January-May 2027. Our 13 yr old small cockapoo is non shedding. We've owned our home since 1999 and will take good care of yours, can monitor mail and garden or plants. Let's speak as we are flexible on dates and length of stay (entire month or 1-2 wks/mo), We have a place to stay upstate and need a place in the city Jan-May.

We are a NY based couple who have a home in Brooklyn (soon to be under renovation, thus the apt), three grown kids, a grandchild. We have travelled widely, mostly to France.
