I am a career academic and Full Professor of Law with over thirty years of professional experience, currently holding a long-standing tenure at the University of Concepción in Chile. My work is defined by a commitment to the responsible management of complex institutional projects, notably as the Principal Investigator for a major national research initiative (ATE240013) focused on the energy transition and environmental governance.
