Two Stanford affiliates seeking two bedroom SF rental near Caltrain

Current PhD student in Energy Science & Engineering and recent Stanford master’s graduate in Management Science & Engineering. We are looking for a well-kept rental in San Francisco, ideally near Caltrain for convenient access to Stanford and the South Peninsula. We both have stable income, excellent credit scores, and strong financial histories. We can provide documentation, references, and proof of income/funds as necessary. We are responsible, communicative, and respectful tenants looking for a stable housing situation with a homeowner or landlord who values dependable, long-term renters. We are also open to discussing a modest rent-offset or mutually beneficial arrangement, if useful to the homeowner. For example, we would be happy to help with property-related tasks ( yardwork, basic upkeep, home upgrades, etc) or professional or technical support (AI automation, spreadsheet/data work, tutoring, research, etc.) if of value. This would be clearly agreed upon in advance; our main priority is being reliable, low-maintenance tenants. Ideal areas include Mission Bay, SOMA, South Beach, Dogpatch, Potrero Hill, but open to any rentals with convenient access to Caltrain.
