Description
I am a professor at Wesleyan University in beautiful suburban Connecticut (90min in either direction from NYC and Boston). My family & I are relocating for Spring 2027 semester for my fellowship at the University of Amsterdam. My kids are ages 2 & 5, and my husband is a therapist. We're seeking a family-friendly rental for 6 months (Feb-June 2027), and open to shorter or longer stays that lead into summer. We would be happy to discuss a house swap - we live in a spacious 3-BR house with a large garden in a walkable neighborhood (2 blocks from local elementary school). Our town is 90min in either direction from NYC and Boston and near many universities, including UConn and Yale.

About Me
I am a professor of Science & Technology Studies, with research and teaching on robots, AI ethics, and care. My family & I enjoy bicycling, board games, yoga, hiking, disc golf, and cooking. My partner, children, and I will be relocating to the Netherlands for my sabbatical (Spring 2027) and we are looking for medium-term rentals, and also open to house exchanges for our family home in central Connecticut.

Comments: My fellowship at the Univ. Amsterdam runs from February to June 2027. We are interested in a medium-term stay during that period. We are happy to bring some of our own furnishings (such as crib for our 2 year-old).
