Hello, I am a visiting academic coming to Boston College Law School for a 4-month research sabbatical, from September 1, 2026, to January 7, 2027. I am looking for a furnished, quiet, and independent in-law suite or studio in the Newton Centre area (02459) within my budget ($1,800–$2,000/month all-inclusive). As I will be relying on public transit and walking, a location close to the MBTA Green Line is ideal. I am a quiet, respectful, non-smoking professional with no pets and no children, entirely focused on my research and writing. Thank you for considering my request.
