Description
We're a retired couple: a professor and attorney. Our son, is a professor at U. of Rochester and just had his first child (our first granddaughter). We rented a house in the Swillburg neighborhood during June and July from a university colleague of my son. We're looking for a furnished rental/house sitting arrangement for 6 to 9 months from Nov 2026 - April/May, 2027. Prefer: 1. Townhouse/condo/house near Brighton, Webster, JCC, Fairport area, First Unitarian church, East Rochester, Perinton, etc. 2. Low entrance preferred. if two story, needs to have two railings on stairs, 2-3 bedroom, 2 baths, an office area. 3. Require a garage, and snow removal service, 4. Area with good walking sidewalks, close proximity to shopping, outdoor patio or deck/balcony, Good sunlight 5. Pet friendly, preferably with a yard.
