Visiting academic family seeks furnished 2BR near Parkville (Monash CMUS)

We are a Japanese academic family of three seeking a fully furnished 2-bedroom home in Parkville, Brunswick, or Carlton North (Carlton also welcome), from 1 November 2026 to mid-August 2027 — approximately 9.5 months. The start date is flexible from October 2026. I am a Senior Assistant Professor at Keio University Faculty of Pharmacy (Tokyo, Japan), spending a one-year research sabbatical at Monash University's Centre for Medicine Use and Safety (Parkville campus), hosted by Professor Simon Bell. My research focuses on medication safety and the use of AI and natural language processing in pharmacy practice. I arrive in Melbourne on 19 August 2026; my wife and our son (14 months old in November) will join me in early November.
