NYC Professional Seeking Paris Studio/1BR — Sept-Oct

Hi! I’m a 28-year-old professional based in New York City looking for a studio or one-bedroom apartment in Paris for approximately September 18 through October 11. My dates have flexibility. I’ll be working remotely during part of my stay and am looking for a comfortable, well-kept flat in a walkable neighborhood. I’m especially interested in the 3rd, 5th, 6th, or 11th arrondissements, but I’m open to other central areas for the right place. I’m quiet, clean, responsible, and very respectful of other people’s homes. I live alone in a studio in Greenwich Village in Manhattan and am also open to arranging a home exchange with my NYC apartment if that is of interest. I’ve spent time in Paris before and am looking forward to having a longer stay where I can settle into everyday life in the city rather than approach it purely as a tourist.
