We are a 65 year old couple from the USA (University of Michigan) doing a sabbatical in NZ. I am a pediatrician and will be conducting research on the NZ health care system at the University of Auckland. We plan to travel a lot to explore the natural beauty of NZ. We would like to find a clean, safe and quiet neighborhood as a base to enjoy our time in the country.
