Highly responsible couple looking for 2 BR in UES. We are exceptionally respectful of property, quiet, and non-smokers. Because we are homeowners ourselves for over 30 years, we will treat your space, plants, and belongings with the utmost care. We are coming to NYC to support our daughter, who is having her first child. Ideal proximity would be near Rockefeller University faculty housing or the low 80s blocks. Happy to provide excellent references.
