Description
We are looking for a comfortable 2–3 bedroom apartment or house for the duration of my research stay in Oxford. I am a medical doctor and researcher and will be staying with my two children, aged 7 and 15. We are a quiet, tidy and respectful family and would take very good care of the property. We are hoping to find a welcoming and comfortable home where we can settle in and enjoy our time in Oxford. The kids will be attending schools in East Oxford, which is why we would prefer to stay in South or East Oxford. However, as we will be bringing our bikes with us, we are quite flexible regarding the exact location. I am also very open to a home exchange – please have a look at my profile. Our beautiful family home in Berlin will be available during the period of our stay in Oxford.

About Me
I am a general surgeon and clinician scientist, currently working at Charité – Berlin. My work includes international research collaborations, and I have previously spent several months in Oxford as a visiting researcher. I have three children aged seven, 15 and 18. My eldest daughter already studies in another city and lives independently, while my younger children have accompanied me on my research trips so far. In 2024, we lived in Oxford for 9 months and love the city. We all love reading, board games, hiking and spending time in nature.
