Older professional couple looking for Glasgow / Stirling flat Summer 2027

My husband and I are travelling to Scotland from Canada for the summer of 2027. We are both from Glasgow originally and will be spending time with family, but are looking for a home of our own for a month of our stay. We are open to homes in Glasgow area and surrounding as far as Stirling (as long as my husband can easily get to Glasgow for the football!). I am a long time school counsellor and clinician in private practice. My husband runs his own flooring agency. We are flexible re: our dates as we plan to travel in Europe for the early part of July, then hoping to find a home from mid / late July to mid/late August. We would prefer a one bedroom home with a kitchen. We plan to rent a vehicle but access to transit is a bonus. We are quiet, responsible tenants and will care for your home like our own. Happy to provide any references needed, both in Scotland and Canada.
