Looking for a home for our family for 5+ months in Tokyo (Shibuya area)

Description

We are a family of two adults and three kids (ages, 15, 13, 9). We are arriving to Tokyo on Feb 2027 for half a sabbatical at Keio University. Both parents are in academia, one in Computational Biology and the other in Anthropology. We are looking for a place we can call our home. We love to hang out together in the living room, so that should accommodate five people, and we love to cook, so a functional kitchen is a must. Having three kids, we really prefer to have 2 toilets :) The younger kids will be at the United School of Tokyo, so places that are close to Shibuya are ideal, but also locations on the bus route are good (Meguro, Setagaya, Minato, or Shinjuku). This is not our first sabbatical, we promise to take excellent care of your home, as we would like our tenants to take care of ours.
