We are moving to the UK in February 2027 to be closer to our new grandson and our family. I am a social worker and my current role is a research officer in Social Work and Policy at La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia. I am happy to provide my CV with referees to be contacted. My husband is an Engineer and works as a product manager. We are extremely house proud and can provide excellent references from the 2 rentals we have had here in Australia. Our container of furniture will only arrive 3 months afer we leave so we need to find a furnished house while we wait for it to arrive. My daughter lives in Clapton, East London, so an easy communte is preferred. We play a lot of tennis and I am a keen home cook. We both volunteer for the SES (State Emergency Services) and my husband is also a Coast Guard volunteer. I have always had a love of gardening and have grown veggies and flowers in the past. Before moving to Australia in 2023, we lived in our large home in Cape Town for 30 years. I kept my horses there and took great care of the large property. We are good, responsible people who will care for your home as if it was ours. It's a big move leaving Australia but we want to be close to our family again and having the grandson makes the desire to move closer even greater. I am confident that we will be excellent tenants and trusted carers of your home.
