I really liked listing with you!!!! I ended up also putting the apartments on the MLS with a local realtor and then gave him leads that I got from my listing with you (since we live out of town from the home's location.) We found matches from the SabbaticalHomes.com leads!!!! So I'm a huge fan! One lease is a three month and the other is nine months. One tenant is a last year law school student, son of the President of (withheld) University on the East Coast and the other tenant is relocating from London for a job at the University of Michigan in Genetics Department.
