We found a match for our home with someone from out of the country who is going to be in the area for a period of time and needed a place to land. We came down in our price, and turned down a couple other interested parties, once we'd made a contract. The only downside has been waiting three months for them to arrive - other opportunities presented after we'd accepted the contract. That said, the new tenants seem very nice, and we're hoping they enjoy our property during their stay in the States!
